After a perpetual climb up the corporate ladder, Kenny has finally landed at the top of the IP marketing industry. Our Master of Ceremonies won’t stop smiling about his next big adventure. Combining his previous experience with his own business savvy and industry expertise, Kenny is at the wheel moving full speed ahead. After successfully growing four start-ups, the Boss is happy to be making his entrepreneurial dream a reality. Kenny is married to his high school sweetheart (also known as “The Glue”) and they have three beautiful children and one super cute Cocker Spaniel named April, ( she was named after a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle character by the four year old). Kenny coaches youth sports and is very active in his community. MORE

Brenda is not only Kenny’s wife and high school sweetheart; she is the glue that holds the crew together! She keeps everyone here in line, bakes the best goodies and with her accounting degree offers IW valuable services above and beyond her brownies and cookies. Brenda has spent the last 18 years giving 120 percent to her family and is excited to have a new family to take care of with “the crew”. Our crew leader in every sense of the word, Brenda is here to whip us into shape with her organizational skills and with her background in volunteering will head up our philanthropic division as well.

With a degree in marketing from Avila University, Amy spearheads the development of strategic marketing campaigns designed for each client partner. With over a decade worth of experience in a fast paced-sales industry and four years in the IP field (10 of these years with Kenny), Amy has finally found a home for her creative energy. And all those funky picture frames she’s been collecting. She has her hands full with two unbelievable kids ages 3 and 1, a beautiful teenage stepdaughter who just recently defriended her from facebook (yikes!), and a cat named KC. MORE

Eric has known the Durham family for over twenty years. He has spent over a decade in the IT industry assisting law firms, working not only as VP of sales but also focused on litigation support. His immense industry contacts and knowledge helps him lead our corporate division. Eric is excited about the IW adventure and ready to get started creating new industry standards. MORE

Lauren is our girl Friday. With a background in accounting and management, she brings a lot of smarts and focus to the crew. Her industry knowledge and organizational skills make her the ultimate behind-the scene support crew member and will she leave her stamp all over IW projects. She brings a phenomenal spirit to our group and is excited be a part of something huge here at the Warehouse! Lauren is a dedicated wife and mother to TWO active toddlers and one overly fluffy dog.

Diane joins IW after working for six years in the IP field, earning several Communicator Awards of Distinction. Working in the marketing industry for an additional 7 years as a business development manager, account manager, product manager and working directly with marketing managers of Fortune 500 companies. Diane brings tons of industry smarts and talent to our writing crew. The youngest and tiniest of seven kids, Diane learned to share at an early age and is ready to share the spotlight of success with our clients and crew. Diane is excited about this new adventure and anticipates something great with IW. MORE

Jeff is the creative shift supervisor for Innovators Warehouse. With nearly 15 years of design experience working for small and large advertising and design agencies, he has handled the demanding visual and creative needs of various Fortune 500 companies as well as those of startup entrepreneurs. Jeff was also creative director of one of the largest healthcare companies in the U.S., heading the corporate creative team. Client accounts he’s worked on include Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, Chase Bank, Sotheby’s, Comcast and Creative Age Publications. Cool, huh?

Pete has over 15 years experience in marketing and advertising. Most recently, she was VP of Accounts at a full-service ad agency and design studio. She has worked as an account director for a number of ad and design agencies in St. Louis and Los Angeles, and is also a seasoned freelance copywriter. Pete earned a B.A. from Central College in Iowa (Go, Dutchmen!) and attended Washington University’s M.A. program in English. Her best friend is Willard, the Flying Weiner Dog.
