Designed specifically for entrepreneurs in the fields of technology, life sciences, and ‘green industries,’ FastTrac® TechVenture™ connects entrepreneurs to the best resources available to help their business succeed. An award-winning program of the Kauffman Foundation, FastTrac® TechVenture™ helps entrepreneurs develop their business plans, investor presentations, elevator pitches, and all of the necessary tools to acquire funding to launch or grow a business. This program is specially designed for up and coming technology entrepreneurs in the Kansas City region.
Over the course of seven weekend and evening sessions, FastTrac® TechVenture™ participants will learn basic business principles and how to apply them to produce a product, build a company, and fulfill a vision.
PRESENTERS WITH REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE
FastTrac® TechVenture™ Kansas City participants will interact with guest speakers and coaches who will guide you in launching technology businesses. This program will feature a number of successful entrepreneurs who will share their expertise and insight with you. Special guests for the Spring 2010 TechVenture™ sessions include:

- Augie Grasis, founder and chairman, Handmark
- Bruce Ianni, founder and CEO, Chemidex
- Douglas M. Krebs, retired president, Cerner Global
- Robert Regnier, chairman, president and CEO, Bank of Blue Valley
In addition to the weekly sessions, FastTrac® TechVenture™ Kansas City will include an all-day conference on June 12. At this conference, participants will hear presentations from local industry experts and entrepreneurs and have a chance to network with business leaders.
